I'd like to extend a massive Netbasic welcome group hug type thing to Chris Quinn, who has just replaced Sam Noble as the Account Manager for Accepted.co.uk. He's had the usual "shock to the system" start with seeing the speed that things work around here - but he's coping very well and I hope will be a great addition to the team. He certainly "made his mark" on our last night out - but you'll have to ask him about that!
We also say "Au Revoir!" to Sam, who is taking a travelling sabbatical until next March in Australia. She has worked incredibly hard for us on Accepted.co.uk, and we look forward to welcoming her back next year with even more of a sickening tan than she usually has! See you next year Sam!

Just a quick note to congratulate Caroline and James for passing their probationary periods. They have both quickly established themselves as important members of the team, and it's great that they'll now be permanent fixtures!

First of all congratulations to Sarah, who has passed through her probationary period with flying colours. She now joins Sam and Colin as a permanent member of the account management team here. As always, 3 months at Netbasic seems to go past in no time at all - and I'm very pleased that Sarah will now be with us for the long term.
More congratulations go to James and Hannah, who got engaged on Saturday! It's the first ever Netbasic engagement, so I'm feeling all lovely about it and wish them all the best for their future together.

Splash.co.uk is a corporate events company that I run with two very close friends.
We provide some of the UK's best corporate events on the water - and it's awesome fun!
Harvey (Age 8)
Harvey has his own business cards for Netbasic, and considers himself very much part of the company management.
My only problem is that he's been talking recently about setting up a kid's version of Splash.co.uk, but I'm finding it hard to explain the concept of "conflict of interest" to him!
