So we've gone and left the marketing team upstairs to chit and chat and be lonely, whilst we've taken over the bottom floor of the office. We've got nice new monitors and a mouse that squeaks in the dark — dark to which we've all become accustomed. We don't like the glare of artificial light, in the summer it will be nice and light, in the winter it will be dreary… and such is life, but no! Turn the lights on! How can you guys sit down here in the dark?!

Without doubt there will be a day coming soon, when the big buzzing lights come on for fear of tripping over one another, but in the meantime, we'll stand fast, sitting in the quiet (sometimes) dull depths, illuminated only by the clicker of letters arriving on our screens…. and stuff like that.
